All By The Bay apartments overlook Coopers Beach, one of NZ's iconic beaches. Each apartment features its own balcony with unobstructed views, which provides a delightful setting to relax and enjoy a drink while watching the sunset.

We want to make your stay memorable so on arrival we provide you with a complimentary continental breakfast for the following morning, and a welcome basket.

While By The Bay is essentially self-catering, if requested, meals can be provided.

Each apartment has the following features:

Spurway (Apartment 1)

-sleeps 2 to 6 people-

The Spurway is a charming three bedroom apartment on two levels with spectacular views across the bay. It features:

•   1 king sized bedroom upstairs with small balcony and another bedroom with 2 single beds all with lovely views.
•   Queen bedroom downstairs with ocean views
•   Separate living and dining room opening onto a spacious deck
•   Fully self-contained kitchen including stove, oven, microwave & dishwasher
•   Separate laundry with dryer
•   100m2 and 2 decks of 23m2

Willawong (Apartment 2)

-sleeps 2 to 10 people-

The Willawong apartment is the most spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on two levels. The apartment includes:

• Spacious lounge/dining area which opens onto a deck overlooking the bay
•   King bedroom with balcony
•   King bedroom & double bedroom with ensuites
•   Twin bedroom that can be converted to a king-size bed
•   Large central bathroom with bath and shower
•   Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
•   Laundry with washer and dryer
•   160m² living area and 34m² decks

Malindi (Apartment 3)

-sleeps 4 to 6 people-

The Malindi is a two bedroom apartment. Features include:

•   Queen bedroom
•   Single bedroom
•   Separate living and dining room with single bed and lounge bed that opens onto spacious deck
•   Self-contained kitchen with stove, oven, microwave & dishwasher
•   Clothes washer and dryer
•   71m² living area and 14m² deck

For larger groups, the Malindi apartment can be linked with the downstairs Studio via an internal carpeted stairway to make a three bedroom apartment.

Studio

-sleeps 2 people-

The Studio is a large attractive room with spectacular views across the bay. The Studio opens onto the garden and offers direct access to the beach. It includes:

•   Queen-size bed
•   Kitchenette
•   Outside covered deck, great for dining
•   28m² living area

For larger groups, the Studio can be linked by an internal carpeted staircase with the upstairs Malindi apartment (Apartment #3)
